The abalone braised pork bun uses expensive abalone in the soup to enhance the flavor, and then uses pork as the base, along with red onions, garlic and mushrooms, simmered into a golden marinade over a slow fire, and served with Taiwan’s Q-dan handmade sun-baked noodles. Each noodle is dipped in fragrant gravy, and the abalone has a soft taste. It not only has the characteristics of ancient flavor, but also has a delicious color and fragrance.
